Our Story
Tony Gullotti and Mike Strangfeld opened the Minnow in 2016. It’s been a great ride so far. We’re having a good time making the food and drink that we love. Chef Matt Lyon and Sous Chef George Phipps head up the kitchen. Jorge Munoz manages the front of house. We care a lot about what we do and Hope to see y’all soon.
